Welcome to Tayditor. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and the relationship between you and Tayditor. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Services Overview
Tayditor provides remote digital media management services for sports teams, clubs, events, and tournaments. Our offerings include social media management, content ideation and editing, website development, event coverage, graphics design, and more.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment in Advance: All payments for services must be made in full before work begins.
- Payment Models: Clients can hire Tayditor on a per work/task basis, or via hourly, weekly, monthly, or yearly contracts depending on the scope and nature of the project.
- Invoices: We will provide invoices detailing the agreed services and payment amounts.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the contracting process.
3. Scope of Work
- The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be clearly defined and agreed upon before starting any work.
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a new agreement and additional payment.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide all necessary information, access, and materials required for Tayditor to perform the services.
- Respond promptly to communications and approvals to avoid delays.
5. Work Delivery and Revisions
- Tayditor will deliver work according to agreed timelines.
- Reasonable revisions are included as per the contract; additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables as specified in the contract.
- Tayditor retains the right to showcase work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
- Payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- In case of termination, Tayditor will deliver all completed work up to the termination date.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Tayditor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We strive for accuracy and quality but do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
9. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of work.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Tayditor’s jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
- Tayditor reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
